Established in Raipur
Titan Forge Steel was established as a dedicated threaded rod manufacturing unit in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, focused from day one on cold-rolled production and in-house quality discipline.
Phase 2
Cold-rolling process standardised
Thread rolling replaced cut-threading across the full diameter range, delivering stronger grain integrity, better fatigue resistance, and a more consistent product profile for structural buyers.
Phase 3
In-house galvanizing commissioned
Integration of zinc galvanizing removed a key supply-chain handoff and gave procurement teams single-source accountability from raw material to finished coated product.
Now
Full-range supply capability
The facility now handles M6–M64 in MS, EN8, and stainless steel grades with structured dispatch readiness for both bulk infrastructure schedules and specialised order quantities.
